The client purchased a fantastic home with guest house and wanted to make the property their own. Working together with architects, design, and engineering, we completely gutted many parts of the owner’s home and guest house, provided a full home renovation, and built to their custom plans. This included removing an old movie room to create more open space, a bar area, and an indoor swing.
